  THE LAST LEAF The lesson I learned from the story is that we should never lose hope of surviving. We should not value our lives by an object such as falling leaves because it is a sin to want to die.  Another lesson is sacrifice. Mr. Behrman gives up his life for Johnsy so that she can live. He paints his masterpiece, "The Last Leaf," which gives Johnsy hope for the future.

      With her brown curly shoulder-length hair tied in a bun, her favorite black converse rubber shoes, and her black color turtle neck sweater tucked in her wide-leg denim pants. Astrid is standing in front of the golden gate of Traedarth Academy. She's looking at the golden gate emotionless. She went to the guard house and said "I am transferring to this school" in her cold voice. The guard immediately opened the gate and said "G-Go to the headmaster's office, in the first building, turns right and you will see him there. Welcome to the Traedarth Academy”.
